The $400 covers the full service and inspection above. If your EV needs any of the following, we’ll quote it in writing before any work is done:

- Brake pads and rotors
- Suspension or steering repairs
- Air-conditioning repairs

EV Service — FAQ
All of them — Tesla, BYD, MG, Polestar, Hyundai/Kia EVs, and the European electrics (Mercedes EQ, BMW i, Audi e-tron, Volvo Recharge and more). Hybrids and plug-in hybrids are a different job: they run on the logbook schedule, not the $400 EV service.
Yes — the same Australian law applies to EVs as petrol cars. We service to the manufacturer’s schedule and stamp your book, so your new-car warranty stays intact.
Less than petrol cars, but yes — brakes (which can seize from light use), tyres, suspension, cabin filters, the 12V battery, and the battery/inverter cooling system all need regular checks. The health report also tracks your EV battery’s condition over time — valuable at resale.
Yes — $400 incl. GST covers everything in the list above. Parts or extra manufacturer-scheduled items are only ever added after we’ve quoted you in writing and you’ve approved.
