What we’re not specialists in
We service all makes, and we’re European specialists — Mercedes-Benz first, then BMW, Audi, VW, Porsche and Volvo. We’d rather be straight with you about the edges of that.
Land Rover and Range Rover: we’ll happily do a logbook service, brakes, a roadworthy or general repairs on one. We are not Land Rover specialists, though — for a complex air-suspension, terrain-response or deep electrical fault you will get a better result from a marque specialist, and we’ll tell you that rather than charge you to find out.
Same principle everywhere else: if a job needs tooling or experience we don’t have, we say so up front. Diagnostics is a pre-paid fixed minimum charge, so we’d rather you spend it where it will actually get the car fixed.
