The customer report is the product
We watched customers approve work when the report was readable and evidenced, and stall when it wasn’t. So the report is what everything serves.
We run it ourselves
The software you’d subscribe to is the software running our own inspections. When something annoys our team, it gets fixed — because it annoys us first.
