Yes, and no it doesn’t — under Australian Consumer Law, servicing by a qualified workshop to Jaecoo’s schedule with appropriate-quality parts preserves your warranty cover, and we stamp the logbook. Damage caused by incorrect servicing is the law’s one exception, which is why correct servicing is the whole job.
Our Chinese-brand logbook rate is $299 incl. GST — level with or under the capped-price menus — with the exact figure for your interval fixed in writing before we start. The J7 SHS plug-in hybrid is the same $299 rate.
Jaecoo shares its engineering and diagnostic platform with Chery, whose cars we already service. We confirm tooling and parts for your exact model before we take the booking — and if a job needs dealer-only access, we tell you that in writing rather than improvising.
