Every service uses correct-specification oil and filters, covers every item the manufacturer lists for that interval, and finishes with a road test and a stamped logbook.
What we watch for on the Nissan Navara
- Rear leaf springs. Rear spring sag is the best-known Navara complaint. We check ride height and spring condition, particularly on utes that carry or tow.
- DPF and EGR. Short-trip and stop-start work blocks filters and carbons up EGR systems on any modern diesel. We check both.
- Timing chain noise on the YS23. A rattle on cold start is worth investigating early rather than waiting.

- We don’t work off another workshop’s diagnosis. If someone else has told you what is wrong, we will listen, and then we will do our own diagnostic work before we quote or replace anything. We are the ones warranting the repair, so it has to be our finding. That means diagnostics is charged for our time — from $374, two-hour minimum — and it is not a free quote.
Once we have found the fault, you get a fixed written price and nothing happens until you approve it.
