What we collect
When you book online or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email, address (or the vehicle’s location for a mobile inspection), your vehicle’s registration and details, and any notes you add about the work you need.
How we use it
Your details are used to manage your booking, carry out and record the work on your vehicle, contact you about your booking or quote (by SMS, phone or email as you prefer), send payment links where a service is pre-paid, and keep the service history that goes with your car. Booking details are stored in our workshop management system (Workshop Software).
Website analytics & advertising
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, bookings started and completed) and to measure our advertising. This data is aggregated and doesn’t identify you personally to us. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s browser add-on.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share details where it’s needed to do the job — for example with our booking/payment systems or parts suppliers — or where the law requires it.
Storage & security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Payment for pre-paid services is taken via a secure card payment link — we don’t store your card details.
Access, correction & deletion
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we’re not required to keep it — for example, records tied to safety-related repairs). Just call or email us using the details below.
